Our short-term storage runs from $60 a month per vault, and each vault is climate-controlled, a real consideration at 5,900 feet, where dry air and big temperature swings are hard on wood, leather, and electronics left in a bare garage unit. Your belongings are inventoried as our crew loads them, sealed in the vault, and logged so we know exactly what is where.
Because our own crew handles the load-in and the eventual delivery, your things are touched by the same company the whole time. There is no separate storage operator and no second crew you have never met showing up at your door.
When short-term storage makes sense

- A closing-date gap between selling one home and buying the next
- Staging — clearing rooms so the house photographs and shows better
- A renovation that needs the furniture out of the way for a few weeks
- Downsizing, when the new place simply cannot hold everything yet

What storage costs
Pricing is per vault, per month, with the move-in and delivery handled by our crew:

A $119 deposit holds your storage and moving dates and applies to the total. Stored goods carry up to $1,000,000 cargo coverage per shipment, with full-value protection available.
What storage does not include
So the monthly rate stays clear: the vault fee covers the climate-controlled space itself. The labor to load your goods in and re-deliver them is quoted with your move at our local rates, and specialty items like a piano or safe (from $349) are handled separately. We lay all of it out before anything goes into storage, so the month-to-month number never surprises you.
